Thoughty is a Wilmington, NC-based company specializing in lovely gift boxes, custom corporate gifts, and welcome gifts for weddings, conventions and other occasions. Thoughty gifts are expertly designed and feature beautifully made, small-batch products. No need to worry about finding the perfect gift: just be Thoughty!
Thoughty puts great care into the presentation of every gift. Each gift is packed by hand, wrapped beautifully, and includes a handwritten note to make the gift extra meaningful. Website photos are good representations of how your gift will look. We want your gifts to be perfect, so we may take creative liberties when we wrap your gift to ensure a beautiful presentation.
All gifts come with a complimentary handwritten note if you choose to include one. Include your message in the space provided in the cart and we'll take it from there.. If you checkout without including a note and wish to add one, simply email us at email@example.com and let us know what you want your note to say.
We never include receipts or packing slips in our gifts. Also, we never include the price except in the rare case that a price tag cannot be removed without damaging an item.
Accounts help to distinguish your information, such as your address, from the recipient's information. This keeps our records clear. Plus, this will make it easier when you come back!
Please allow 1-3 days for gift orders to be processed. If you need an order by a specific date, please let us know during checkout or email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to make it happen.
Delivery in the Wilmington, NC area is complimentary. If your gift recipient is local, it will be our pleasure to deliver it personally. Deliveries to nearby areas are available for an additional fee. Gifts will be delivered within 3 days from placing your order, and often much sooner.
We do not currently have a pickup option. However, we are happy to bring your purchase to you under our delivery terms if you prefer to give it to your recipient personally.
We ship anywhere in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We are committed to giving you the best delivery experience possible; therefore, we have a flat delivery fee for each gift, no matter where you’re ordering from or shipping to (within the US). Gifts will be shipped within 3 days from placing your order, and often sooner.
Our flat rate shipping fee covers shipping within the US only. We are happy to ship internationally for an additional fee. Contact us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to provude you with a quote to ship your package internationally.
Tell us in the notes at checkout to do so and we’ll add our “Don’t open until _________” sticker to the front of the package. Please remember that orders require 3 days processing before shipping. If you’re in a rush, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to make it happen for you.
For particularly busy times of year, we recommend you order as early as possible. Also, check the website for cutoff dates.
Due to the love and time we put into designing and packaging each gift individually, all sales are final.
